Role: URGENT – Freelance Head Chef | 65m Charter M/Y

Location & Duration
This is an urgent freelance Head Chef position on a private/charter 65m M/Y. You must be able to fly today (or within hours) to join the vessel and complete an ongoing charter. The assignment is approximately 2 weeks, with an excellent freelance day rate of €600 per day, paid DOE.

What You’ll Be Working On
You will take full ownership of the galley on a busy 65m charter yacht, delivering refined, creative, and healthy cuisine for guests with varied preferences, while also managing crew food at excellent standard. You will step in mid-charter, quickly assess the operation, plan and provision efficiently, and provide a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced environment.

Who You Are
You are an experienced yacht Head Chef who thrives in a charter environment and can step into a running program at very short notice. You are calm, organised, and solutions-focused, with strong provisioning skills, excellent time management, and the ability to produce beautifully presented, flavour-driven dishes that cater to diverse dietary needs. You understand the standard and pace required on a busy 65m and are confident working largely autonomously in the galley.
