- Contribute to menu planning, provisioning and stock rotation for worldwide cruising, often in remote locations
- Uphold stringent food safety, hygiene, and allergen management standards in an immaculate galley environment
- Support smooth service execution for both guest and crew, adapting quickly to changes in schedule or guest numbers

Who You Are
You are a motivated, disciplined chef with strong foundational skills and genuine passion for your craft. You have previous superyacht or high-end hospitality experience, thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, and are eager to learn from senior chefs while taking responsibility for your own section. You work cleanly and efficiently, communicate clearly, and bring a calm, team-focused attitude to every service.
