We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Female Chef to join a 35m Private S/Y for the Mediterranean summer season. You must be culinary trained and worked on a sail yacht before. You will look after the crew and owners with good healthy cooking, nice guest presentaion meals, and enjoy being part of a team, and sail yacht crew vibe.
1. Design and prepare customized menus tailored to guests' preferences, seasonal ingredients, and dietary needs.
2. Oversee the preparation and presentation of all meals, ensuring high quality and artistic presentation.
3. Manage galley operations, including inventory control, provisioning, and organizing supplies.
4. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain impeccable sanitation standards in the galley.
5. Collaborate closely with the captain and crew to ensure seamless guest experience and address any special requests or dietary requirements.
6. Innovate and experiment with new dishes to continually elevate the culinary experience onboard.
1. Proven experience as a chef, preferably in luxury yachts, high-end restaurants, or private estates.
2. Strong knowledge of international cuisines, dietary restrictions, and the ability to adapt and innovate menus as required.
3. Exceptional organizational skills to efficiently manage provisioning, storage, and inventory management.
4. Formal culinary training and relevant certifications are highly desirable.
5. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with guests and the yacht crew.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
