Female Sole Chef 32m M/Y- Seasonal

We are seeking an experienced and talented Female Sole Chef to join a luxurious 32m Private M/Y for the upcoming summer season. The role demands expertise in crafting diverse, high-quality dishes that cater to the family and occasional guests. 1. Prepare diverse and sophisticated meals for the family and occasional guests, ensuring exceptional culinary standards are consistently maintained. 2. Plan and provision for menus, managing stock levels efficiently for seasonal yacht operations. 3. Accommodate dietary requirements and preferences of the family while maintaining creativity and variety. 4. Maintain a clean and organized galley, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. 5. Work closely with the Captain and other crew members to ensure smooth daily operations onboard. 6. Provide an outstanding guest experience by demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail in all culinary services.

1. Formal culinary training with a minimum of 3-5 years of professional chef experience, ideally within the yachting industry. 2. Previous experience as a Sole Chef on vessels of a similar size or private estates catering to high-net-worth families. 3. Ability to create and execute varied, high-quality menus catering to dietary preferences and restrictions. 4. Strong organizational and provisioning skills, particularly for seasonal yacht operations. 5. Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently. 6. Valid STCW, ENG1, and Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 certifications.
