You will lead a team in delivering exquisite culinary experiences, maintaining high standards of food quality, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout.
1. Oversee all aspects of the yacht's kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and presentation.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated culinary team, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality meals.
3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
4. Manage inventory, order supplies, and stay within budget constraints while minimizing waste.
5. Collaborate with the Chief Steward/ess to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
6. Stay informed about the latest culinary trends and continuously aim to enhance the culinary offerings on board.
1. Proven experience as a Head Chef on a 60m or larger vessel, or as a strong sous chef ready for the next step.
2. Minimum of 2 years' longevity in the most recent role, demonstrating commitment and reliability.
3. Age range between 28-38
4. Culinary-trained with a formal qualification from a recognized culinary institution.
5. Strong land-based background with a diverse range of culinary skills and techniques.
6. Excellent team player with strong leadership skills and the ability to work harmoniously in a multicultural, dynamic environment.
