Job Description

Rotational Sole Chef- 60m Private M/Y.  With a start date in January or February 2025, the successful applicant will enjoy a time-for-time rotation, ensuring balance between work and personal life. The yacht has an exciting cruising itinerary which includes Dubai, Seychelles, East Mediterranean, and Dubai again for winter. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and explore breathtaking destinations. You must have solid sole chef experience on 40-50m yachts to date. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve high-quality meals for up to 10 guests and 13 crew members. 2. Plan diverse menus with fresh ingredients suitable for each cruising region and season. 3. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the galley. 4. Manage provisioning and inventory, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints. 5. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure the kitchen operates efficiently. 6. Collaborate with the owner's representative to arrange a test meal in Europe.

Skills & Experience

1. Extensive professional experience as a chef, preferably in yachting or high-end hospitality. 2. Culinary degree or equivalent professional training. 3. Ability to cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences. 4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. 5. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English. 6. Valid STCW, ENG1, and other necessary certifications for shipboard employment.
