Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Male Sole Chef for a 2/2 rotation aboard a 50m Private Motor Yacht. This prestigious position requires a culinary-trained professional with solid longevity in previous roles and the ability to provide exceptional dining experiences. The vessel cruises stateside, and the candidate must hold a B1B2 visa. This exciting opportunity is available starting mid-October.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and prepare high-quality meals tailored to the preferences and dietary restrictions of the yacht's guests, including gluten-free options.
2. Ensure the kitchen and food storage areas are always clean, organized, and comply with health regulations.
3. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
4. Work closely with the Captain and other crew members to coordinate meal times and special events.
5. Stay current with culinary trends and continuously improve cooking techniques.
6. Adapt to the changing needs of guests, providing exceptional and personalized culinary experiences.

Skills & Experience

1. Culinary-trained with a strong foundation in diverse cuisines.
2. Must hold a valid B1B2 visa as the vessel will cruise stateside.
3. Proven longevity as a sole chef in previous permanent roles.
4. Experience in preparing gluten-free meals due to dietary restrictions of onboard guests.
5. Available to start mid-October.
6. Ability to work efficiently in a rotating 2/2 schedule.
