Job Description

mymuybueno Private Chefs is seeking a Male Sous Chef for a Rotational 10/10 role on a busy 60m Private and Charter M/Y. The ideal candidate must be culinary trained with a minimum of 4 years of restaurant background, ideally with experience from Michelin-level restaurants. While yacht experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. This role involves cooking for 15 crew members and collaborating with the Head Chef on guest meals. The successful candidate should be creative, passionate, and ready to embrace the dynamic culinary environment of this luxury yacht.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality meals for the 15 crew members according to dietary requirements and preferences. 2. Assist the Head Chef in creating and executing guest meal plans. 3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the galley and food storage areas. 4. Manage inventory, procurement, and storage of food supplies. 5. Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. 6. Contribute innovative ideas and culinary expertise to enhance the overall dining experience onboard.

Skills & Experience

1. Culinary training and a minimum of 4 years of restaurant experience. 2. Strong background working in reputable Michelin-level establishments. 3. Flexibility to adapt to a rotational 10/10 work schedule. 4. Creativity and passion for culinary excellence. 5. Ability to collaborate effectively with the Head Chef and crew members. 6.
